Hot Vulcanized Corrugated Sidewall Belts
PAC-WALL™ technology ensures that our sidewall will not delaminate from the belt, unlike others who cold bond their sidewall to the belt. Cold bonding exposes your belt to vulnerabilities of chemical bonding issues, such as old glues, improper set-up time, excessive humidity, contamination, and human error during the fabrication process. The PAC- WALL™ hot vulcanizing process removes those troubles, so you can depend on superior performance.

Base Belting Construction
At Pacific Belting Inc. we stock a wide variety of belting types to compliment our full service fabrication. Our rugged base belt materials have excellent cross-rigidity properties.
  • PAC-WALL™ Sidewalls: are hot vulcanized to your choice of base belt material, providing the durability and rigidity to withstand extreme temperature and heavy loads. Unlike cold bonding, which has limitations at higher temperatures, hot vulcanizing creates a truly permanent sidewall adhesion.
  • Rubber Compounds: Black Standard, Oil Resistant, Black Heat Resistant.

Sidewalls
Pacific Belting Inc offers corrugated sidewall in height of 2” to 8”, with fabric reinforcement standard on heights of 6” and above. All sidewalls are hot vulcanized to the belt, which creates a rubber-to-rubber adhesion of well over 150# (versus 35 to 45# adhesions with cold bonding). We also offer straight flanges from 1⁄2” to 2” tall. Non-reinforced sidewall has a 2” wide base, and reinforced sidewall has a 3” base.

Cleats
Choose from three distinct cleating profiles (I-Cleats, S-Cleats and C- Cleats) to provide optimum capacity at any angle. As a manufacturer, we can construct the cleat you need. All cleats are hot vulcanized to the base belt, creating a rugged, permanent construction. Cleats taller than 5” are a two-part construction consisting of a replaceable rubber or urethane cleat blade that is bolted into a rubber cleat base that is hot vulcanized to the belt.
